K3 customers Carpetright and Kiddicare win at Retail Systems Awards 2009

 

 

K3, the UK's largest provider of Microsoft Dynamics, saw its customers Carpetright, Europe's leading specialist carpet and floor covering retailer and Kiddicare, the largest privately owned UK nursery supplier, recognised at the Retail Systems 2009 awards, at the Grosvenor House in London on October 29th.

 

Carpetright was awarded Retailer of the Year.  The judges were impressed that the company has continued with its strategy of investing heavily in IT in the last 12 months, in spite of economic conditions.  Carpetright has made several acquisitions recently, ranging from 120 Sleepright stores to smaller chains consisting of a few outlets.  In every case, Carpetright have rapidly implemented K3's Microsoft Dynamics store system.  This has enabled instant visibility and control of the business.

 

Kiddicare, the largest privately owned UK nursery supplier, won both Multi-Channel Retailer of the year, as well as Overall winner of the awards. Kiddicare commissioned K3 to design and implement an entire suite of retail management solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics to support ambitious expansion.
