K3 has grown steadily both organically and by acquisition since coming to market in 2001. Listed below is a summary of the major corporate events since 2001.
All corporate acquisitions or disposals are made against a clear roadmap and are judged in relation to the Group's existing business model and objectives.

Acquired the manufacturing ERP businesses from Silversläggan AB together with non-core IBS business. The legacy products and large user base that came with the ERP businesses are referred to as Chertsey-based small systems division (formerly at Walton-on-Thames). |

Sold non-core IBS business to Azur Group Limited to raise funds for acquisitions. |

Acquired retail software house, Elucid, which provides an entry level ‘multi-channel' software solution for retailers. |

Acquired Alpha Landsteinar ("Alpha Landsteinar") - Microsoft's largest UK retail software distributor and with it distribution rights to Microsoft's new business product, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the ancillary intellectual property rights ("IP") and distribution agreements to allow the solution to service the mid-range retail sector. Also acquired Alpha Landsteinar in Ireland. These businesses are referred to a Retail UK and Ireland or "Retail UK" for short. |

Acquisition of manufacturing software systems provider, Information Engineering Group ("IEG"). At the time of its acquisition, IEG was one of only two UK distributors of the Syspro range of business software. The software is Microsoft-based and has been developed specifically for manufacturing and distribution companies. Syspro's business software range is acknowledged to be a market leader within the manufacturing sector. |

Disposed of Elucid, which had become non-core due to our refocusing on mid-tier retail systems, where order values and margins are more attractive. We subsequently developed a multi-channel software offering with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. |

Acquired McGuffie Brunton and with it the distribution rights to SYSPRO, a modern technology, Microsoft based manufacturing ERP system. The ERP software also provides an upgrade path to customers of our Walton business. This forms part of SCS. |

Acquired Landsteinar Nederland B.V. ("Landsteinar") - essentially the sister company to Alpha Landsteinar (acquired in 2004) which sells the same suite of Microsoft Dynamics NAV software into the retail sector in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and Australasia. This now forms part of K3 Retail and Business Solutions Bv, referred to as Retail Europe. |

Acquired Index Computer Systems Limited and with it the distribution rights to Microsoft Dynamics AX and complementary modules to support food and process manufacturing. This now forms part of K3 AX. |

Acquired DigiMIS Limited and with it cloud computing services. It provides us with hosting capabilities which enhances our managed services offering. |

Acquired the trade and certain assets of Pebblestone Netherlands which is a leading European provider of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions for the fashion industry. The business has been integrated with our existing Dutch retail solutions business. |

Acquired the IP and international sales channel and customers from the Pebblestone Group, thereby strengthening our presence in Europe and adding to our growing library of IP. |

Acquired Panacea Limited, the managed services and IT solutions provider. The addition of Panacea more than doubled the Group's existing managed services revenues and extends the range of K3's managed services offering. |

Acquired Sense Enterprise Solutions Ltd the provider of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP solutions to the manufacturing and distribution markets. |

Acquired Clarita Solutions Ltd which provides Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP solutions (“NAV”) to the retail and distribution markets. |

Acquired the Retail Merchandising Division of Azurri Computer Solutions Ltd. This represented a highly complementary fit with K3's existing retail software operations, adding further specialist skills. |

Acquired FD Systems Ltd, the Sage and e-commerce provider. The acquisition follows K3's purchase of FDS' Sage 200 business unit in December 2010. |
